Equip Break Chance by Skill from 10% to 50%

Casting/Cooldown Card Reduction will now work with the skill with casting time.

Champion Extremity fist from -60 to -59

Reduce Cooldown

  • Dispell from 2000 to 100
  • Chain Knuckle from 10000 to 2000
  • Fcp Melter
    • Reduce Cooldown from 2000ms to 1000ms
    • Added Chance to Strip and break the armor/Weapon of Enemy

  • Chemical Protection Scroll Stack limit at 50
  • Belzebub Casting from -30 to -10%
